Former President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, paid a courtesy call on the Governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency, Honourable Henry Seriake Dickson, on Friday. The two foremost leaders had what was clearly a productive consultation which lasted about an hour before he (Jonathan) departed for his country home in Ogbia.
