Saw this from the past post.

Presidential election

Article 134 (2) of the Nigerian Constitution stipulates that a presidential candidate will be duly elected after attaining both the highest number of votes cast; and has received at least a quarter of the votes at each of at least two-thirds of all the states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) of Abuja. If no candidate satisfies the requirement, a second election will be held between the two leading candidates within seven days from the pronouncement of the result

Lets analyze the above quote

1) PDP of APC candidate must first score or record the highest number of votes from the ballots caste. i.e one of GEJ and GMB must have out performed the other based on number of votes.

Scenario 1 GEJ 14,556,889 votes GMB 13,556,767votes
Scenario 2 GMB 14,556,889 votes GEJ 13,556,767votes

2) Who so ever wins in 1, should have scored 25% of those votes in 24 States + FCT out 36 States.

It means if GEJ scored/ recorded 14,556,889 votes, he must have done so based on 25% of those votes in 24 States + FCT out 36 States. on the other hand,

if GMB scored/ recorded 14,556,889 votes, he must have done so based on 25% of those votes in 24 States + FCT out 36 States.

3) In the event that neither 1 and 2 happens, the 3rd thing that will happen is a rerun within 7 days. A rerun means another fresh general election, this time between Buhari and Jonathan alone, leaving aside other candidates that didn't perform well. This happened in Liberia between Goerge Weah and Sirleaf Johnson, in which Sirleaf Johnson emerged.

Finally, 1 and 2 must happen as 1 and 2 are mutually nonexclusive for both GEJ and GMB.

It is not negotiable

Summary: Nigerians are ready for Buhari come 2019.... End of the road for him ... Even Tinubu won't be able to save him in the south west in 2019.
7+5=12. Minus that from 36states.
Middle belt is the last hope.....Benue Taraba may not go Buhari's way ....

I campaigned and voted for Buhari in 2015 because I believed he would rescue Nigeria from Jonathan's reckless leadership not knowing I'm only buying myself a hunger ticket......

WE SAY NO TO BOTH APC AND PDP

RECYCLING OF SAME THIEVES SHOULD STOP

LET US VOTE FOR INDIVIDUAL AND NOT PARTY.
