Solmax: Normally I would totally agree about importing food, but in this case, the fish are dried out by the cold and dry climate of Norwegian winter... something that's hard to obtain here. There are many things that we can produce locally with what we have on ground, but we'd have to have large fridges with constant power for months... this would only make Nigerian stockfish really expensive. Maybe we can roast our cod, the same way we make dried fish (catfish) 1 Like |
