When I Applied For Jamb I picked my State Of Origin To Be Kano State Where As I'm from IMO State, I Also Field in the name E Sarah Mitchell On My Jamb Slip Which is Also In my Admission Letter and Current School ID Card. Where as my Other Documents Such as Waec, Birth Cert, Carries My Full Name Ekwueme Sarah Mitchell.
Last year my School requested I use my full name not initials, So right now my original name and state of origin is on my profile in the school site, whereas when I was admitted I used the falsified information, I'm in year 3 and I'm pretty sure this my affect me Prolly during Nysc and other stuff.
I do have the certificate of origin for Kano state.
Can I swear an Affidavit or I should keep Claiming Kano state Even with the name.
