I have been offered admission into the University Of Calabar to study Human Anatomy, but i am running a pre degree program in University of Port Harcourt for Computer science.

The problem is, in Nigeria we are in now, a degree in Human Anatomy is not useful in the employment market.
so, what should i do?, should I take the Human Anatomy or run the pre degree program in Computer Science?
I also heard the cost of living and accommdation is very expensive in calabar?.
That it is not a kind of a place one would want to be in.
please,i need urgent answers and opinion.

Complete your pre-degree program in Uniport. Also study hard enough to get a Full time admission. Computer Science is far better.

no much employment opportunities for anatomy major here in Nigeria sadly.

but if its your passion, then pursue it.

I see alot of students going to study because of money. There is no passion in what they do.Anatomy is a fine course and you can further to study medicine. I would advice you opt in for that instead of computer science. Secondly you said things are expensive in Calabar yet you live in Port Harcourt. If you can stay in Ph then Calabar shouldn't be a problem except you lived in a place that is cheap. It doesn't mean there are no cheap places in Calabar or there are no places were the cost of living is low.

It shouldn't be about money, it should be about your passion. If computer science is not your passion, you won't be fulfil doing the job

As an Anatomist, you can further, if you so wish to be a doctor.

Think of that which you've got interest in. I choose elect/electronics engineering while they were other so called better engineering courses because of my interest towards it, in other words don't be guided by sentiments as they may cause academic failures. Thats all i have to say!
