The Governor of Bayelsa State, the Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson, has commiserated with Nigerians and particularly the judiciary over the death of the former Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Dahiru Musdapher.

The governor in a statement signed by his spokesman, Francis Ottah Agbo, described the late former CJN as a great, courageous and patriotic judge who played his role very well to deepen constitutional democracy and Nigeria’s jurisprudence!
He prayed God for the repose of Musdapher’s soul.

The statement enjoined the family of the late CJN to take solace in the fact that he lived a good life worthy of emulation.
