We have seen different Judgements as executed by God. These are;

1. The Judgement in the garden Eden.

2. The Judgement of the days of Noah..Flood

3. The judgement in Egypt

4. The Judgement of Israel that led to the fall of Jerusalem in 70AD.


These judgements have somethings in common.


The Righteous Judge is God Almighty. He is perfect in his judgement,

and owe nobody any explanation.

He executes his judgement in fairness .


Let's look at the judgement in Egypt.

Israelites walked into Egypt themselves.


They were afflicted and battered.

God sent Moses to plead for their release,


Pharaoh asked." Who is this God?"

Pharaoh was known as a son of many gods.

He challenged the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

For each miracle of the plagues, pharaoh commanded his magicians to do the same.

Note that, THE PLAGUES INCREASED IN SEVERITY AS IT PROGRESSES.

After plague four, the magicians could not respond anymore.

The plagues continued until it got to the last one....THE DEATH OF THE FIRST BORN IN EGYPT.


What can we derive so far from these?

1. God's judgement increases in severity to caution the Sinner to repent.

Failure to repent is the final Judgement which is...?


DEATH.

2. The. World right now is experiencing some warnings from God.

Yet, like pharaoh, we assume the occurrences are normal. Pharaoh's magicians could replicate it,.

We can explain the occurrences using science.

There is no big deal.

The severity of the warnings shall increase until the final Judgement Day.

Let's look at the last Judgement in Egypt and take some clues from what we are expecting in the world.

1. God said he would destroy all the First born IN EGYPT.

these include those of the Israelites. Note the word IN, not OF.

the Lamb was a substitute for the First born OF ISRAELITES.

The first born OF Egyptians had no substitute.


These are the list of the first born OF Egyptians that died:

That of pharaoh, his Chiefs, the poor,

That of the slaves, the first born of prisoners,

First born of the mentally derailed persons, first born of the upright, thieves, etc..



Social status was not a factor,

THE BLOOD IS.



many first born perished, even though their parents had no say in THE DECISION OF PHARAOH.


On the judgement day,


You will not be able to stand in the presence of him THAT SEATED BETWEEN THE CHERUBIMS.

Either you are clean, or righteous in your own way, etc. IT WON'T MATTER.


IF the blood is not sprinkled on your SOUL,


It is DEATH.

Ist, second, third, fourth, fifth, upt to the nineth plague,

Pharaoh refused.

The tenth one was sudden and it was in the night.


Every house had a dead son/ daughter.

The cry was heavy, intense and painful.

There was wailing in the land of Egypt.


Let's look at what saved the Israelites.


THE LAMB.


GOD has given us clues as to what we need to do.

He preserved his word through the years so that we can get clues from past experience.



The Lamb that was selected was blameless,


One lamb was okay for a family.


The blood was sprinkled on the door post.


WHOEVER is inside the house where there is blood is saved....

They are to eat the flesh of the lamb.


This feast of passover (so it is called) should be done in memorial throughout the generations of Israel. FOREVER.



Let's take some clues from this wonderful means of escape from the death of First Born.

Jesus is the Blameless Lamb of God. Righteous.


He didn't come in the manner of men ( through normal conception means)

Hence, he didn't inherit the Singular Nature of men.

His life is BLAMELESS.


That attonement is enough for all the families of the world.

You must confess him publicly. ( The Lamb's blood on the door post)

Through his blood, you shall be free from Death.

The bone of the Lamb that was used by the Israelites was not broken.

This was a specific instruction given to them.


This happened to JESUS on the cross.

The bones of the theives were broken.

Jesus' bones were not broken because he was already dead.


I have shown you that the passover Lamb is JESUS.

You can only escape the judgement day through blood.

God told the Israelites to observe the passover as a memorial.

They eat the flesh of the lamb.

Christians EAT THE FLESH OF JESUS DURING HOLY COMMUNION.

We are told to observe it as a memorial too.


Unless you eat the flesh and blood of Jesus


You have no life in you.

At Mount Sinai, Moses sealed the covenant with blood,

and then The people approached God and ate with him.

You can only come to God in fellowship AFTER you have been sealed with the blood.

The new covenant was sealed with the blood of the Lamb,


and the disciples ate with Jesus.

During the time of Moses, a man would lay his hands on the animal

and agree that the animal should die on his stead.

You have to confess Jesus for your sins to be wiped away.

The animal's blood covered sins, while the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth washed it away.


Judgment is coming.

We shall look at the judgement of Sodom and Gomorrah.

To someone who prospers and is healthy,

Life is good. He doesn't understand why you would prophecy Doom. Situations around him doesn't look like Doom.


But he is naked, empty and destruction looks.

Israel prospers during the reign of uzzaiah. It was a year of plenty.

When Isaiah prophecied Doom, the people at that period could not understand.

When Noah prophecied Doom, the sky was clear.
There was no sign of rain. It had never rained before.


When lot told his family members that there will be FIRE FROM HEAVEN,

it looked like a stupid talk. Nothing is hanging in the sky that will explode


Yet,at the appointed time, this things came to pass.

Now, we are warning everyone.

JESUS is coming. It doesn't make sense to them.

How? When? Where?

They don't understand how the events of the world will change to make this happen.


Yet,


Christ is coming.

Soon, the owner of the heavens and the earth will come to clean up. To clean up.

To separate the chaff from the harvest.

The harvest of the world is coming.

And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son,

and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

The greatest assurance ever Documented:


If you die and you believed in me while you were alive,


I will raise you up on the last day.

Accept JESUS today.

According to the book of Revelation,


When people see the anger of the one that is seated on the throne, and the wrath of the lamb,

They hide themselves in caves,

They prefer rocks and mountains to fall on them.



Repent and be converted.

Judgement is coming.


Plea for a bargain now.

On the day of Judgement, You will see God and realize what you ought to be....


At the presence of his glory, you will condemn yourself...


The only chance you have is now....


Let JESUS be the cleansing soap for you.
