5 Kinds of Businesses that Ex Olosho (Prostitutes) do - By Naijalocals.

Proustition is no doubt a choice, so is it with restitution or Change of ways, on, whether life should continue like that as a sex hawker or going for something that is a bit socially dignifying.

A recent video of revelations from a Libyan deportee on our National TV revealed that life could be harrowing, even when you choose to trade your body for Money and risks involved in travelling to places like Spain, Italy and other European countries through boarders could be unimaginable, hence choosing a more befitting business can be a better alternative.

From experience, many past sex workers have turned a new way and are now into many businesses that we commonly see around in town.

The following are the 5 kinds of businesses that Ex Oloshos do after they go out of service or when they decide to call it quit.

1. Selling Cream & Beauty stuffs. – E.g Flakky’s Beauty Store.

I really dont know why they go into this, but you and I know that looking good is a serious business and more than anything else, trading in it, sells better.

One good reason that I think makes this, the best thing to do is possibly because they have a good chance of getting more customers from their former constituency, especially “bleaching creams“.

You know Olosho love bleaching a lot and they don’t joke with their skin. So, there is sales as you can see.

2. Owning a beer parlour or Cool spot joint. E.g Madam Rose Cool spot joint.

There are three reasons why I think they choose this business route.

1. Because they already have a lot of Male Customers, so switching business to this, seems like they are still not far from home.

2. They have a better experience than anyone else to handle this kind of business and can forecast sales, using different factors.

3. It is also a form of expansion from old job and with this, they can even become established recruiters.

3. Hairdressing Shop – E.g Lady-B Beauty Saloon.

You know all these beauty Saloon for your manicure, pedicure and Jerry curl.

The reason for this is similar to (1) above. – To cater for ladies hair and to make hawkers look more attractive.

I’m sure with a good skin and beautiful hair, men who patronize them would always love to keep coming back.

4. Herbs selling or paraga Joint – All these ponkriyon stuffs you see in car parks and garages

Well, I think because of the years of experience in handling men sexual issues, they naturally become specialists in selling alcohols and sex enhancement herbs.

I’m sure that you will agree with me that no one should know what and what works better for sexual dysfunction and erectile problems, especially for men who love natural things, than these people.

Their everyday practical experiences on what could boost sexual performance and lasting longer on bed, would even make medical practitioners to wanna give their suggestions a good thought..

5. Full time Big Business women

Yes, this is so because most sometimes many things could pave way for hitting it big especially when you jam better customers, hence ex oloshos could use these links they have gotten while on the Job to make more money decently.

It is not unusual to meet ex olosho going to government offices to bid for contracts and winning bids, especially those that have dated highly placed personalities in their days.

This is more like the best of the Jobs they could get. See a big man who cares, and he sets you up with a big cash to start a new life or give you links on what to supply and you become self sufficient.

Well, Some things in life sometimes defy explanations, may be reasons for finding one in sex trading is also one of them. Hence, this post is not to judge anyone but a closer look into social business lives of Ex-Oloshos or Sex workers in Nigeria.

God bless their hustle.
