Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, is back at the Code of Conduct Tribunal in Abuja as his trial on three charges of false assets declaration resumed today. The CCT had issued a notice for hearing the case and issued a notice for all parties to appear before it today (Tuesday). This is after the Court of Appeal in Abuja, on December 12, 2017, restored three out of the entire 18 counts earlier dismissed by the CCT led by Danladi Umar.
