If there is any creation story then nobody needs to believe in it. We will just know it and it will remain factual to us all. Nobody believe in the existence of the sun because it doesn't require any belief. It is self evident and factual to us all. If there is any creation story that is true nobody will need belief. We believe in all these things b cause they are NOT true, so we have to make some mental adjustments to accommodate them because we know them inside that they can be false and we just accept them based on faith or religious grounds.

I have not told you that I believe in the big bang or evolution so I wonder why you are lying to yourself.

Some aren't dangerous,but when your fear of God extends to support for jailing homosexuals, or burning churches, or destroying shrines, then there's justification to attack such a belief system.
