Nigeria’s former First Lady, Patience Jonathan has proposed for an out-of-court settlement with the anti-corruption agency, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC. In a letter drafted by her counsel, Chief Ifedayo Adedipe (SAN), and titled, “Proposal for out-of-Court Settlement of all cases related to Dame (Mrs.) Ibifaka Patience Jonathan,” and dated January 30, 2018.
