Black Panther is so groundbreaking it offers a re-envisioning of Africa via the fictional high-tech kingdom of Wakanda, whose clothing, architecture, and language all celebrate African beauty. 1. Unlike your typical royal army,the kingdom of Wakanda employs a cadre of female warriors to protect the throne. They are called the "Dora Milaje". They were cast from a list of actresses,stuntwomen,and even Broadway dancers. They can be described as an all-female Seal Team Six.


2. The movie features a couple of fight scenes, and most of these did not require stuntmen. Lead Actor Chadwick Boseman and his co-actors had to attend a boot camp to enhance their fighting skills.

3. The high-speed car action scene for the Casino sequence was filmed in the coastal city of Busan in South Korea For almost two weeks

4. The entire cliff wall of the Warrior Falls, which is 100 feet high, was made of 25,000 cubic feet of foam sculpted to match the rocks in Oribi Gorge in South Africa.

5. To make the Warrior Falls more realistic, the production team put together six large submersible pumps that feed over 125,000 gallons of water.

6. While they all look picturesque and real, the majority of Wakanda sets were constructed on sound stages at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta.
Among these are the Tribal Council, the Hall of Kings, and the Warrior Falls.

7. In The movie, The independent African nation, Wakanda, is the most technologically-developed city in the world. Its advancements is due in part to Vibranium, their knowledge of handling Vibranium, and their isolation from the rest of the world.

8. The Black Panther comic character is allegedly the richest comic character. He is worth an estimated $90.7 billion making him richer than Iron Man with an estimated networth of $12.4 billion And Batman with an estimated networth of $9.2 billion

9. According to industry estimates, the total budget for the movie was between $180 million and $200 million. Grossing over $75.8 million on its first Friday, it brought in over $200 million in its first weekend.

10. Actor Daniel Kaluuya learned how to ride a horse as practice to simulate riding W’Kabi’s armored rhino in the film
