Please help, my computer can't be powered by any level of power(light) I added stabilizer yet to no avail, all it does is to blink light |

My PC has been giving me a little challenge this day. Don't really understand when a battery is showing "plugged in,by not charging". I think I have done all corrective procedures but nothing has come out of it. Some one should give some light to the problem... |
