Please why are children of Pastors and ministers wayward and living in disobedience against God?

yeah most Pastors children are bad though not all.......but I think it's because the parents put too much attention to the congregation......and so the neglect their parental duty

Not all. It depends on the indvidual to be disobedient to the laws of God/religion or not.


But of a truth, majority are stubborn.
I'd say it is due to their being exempted from certain things that their mates are free to partake in(the flexing part). So, the stubborness is just their way of being rebels to the belief that 'children of pastors should act in a special kind of godly way'.

Because most of them know their real father not the one people see.

I think its d ignorance of the parents. That one is a pastor or that a child goes to church or does religious things with the parents does not cancel out the effects of not being there emotionally and psychologically for the child. Many parents just believe that as far as d child is feeding well and doing well in school, nothing else is necessary.

Some pastors don't even know some challenges are just psychic, they see all as demonic or spiritual. How does a mother who binds and cast out when an ordinary housefly passes, saying its a demonic fly, how will that type of mother understand that spending time and gisting with your daughters is not time wasting or gossip.

Bcoz they are the sons of their fathers..

They behave exactly the way their father would've behaved had he not became a pastor..... Though some still possess the behavior of their son but wears artificial mask in front of the congregation.

Because they know better than you do the game their father plays. You are pawns in their parent's kingdom.

They might not be really wayward. People just expect too much from them and they are expected to live according to a standard.

I know of one personally, the dad is so revered out there, but indoor, this 'child' is more wayward than Maheeda or Maheeda's male version!

BUT , for every 2 Pastor's kids that are wayward, there are over 100 that live a godly/good lifestyle.

They are usually wayward because they get to see the hypocrisy of their fathers. the fathers do not usually practice what they preach.


I have had children of pastors as friends...

Also, it may be a trait that is inherent in their lineage. Luckily, the father could pray himself out of it and was delivered, the children may not be so lucky. The devil is constantly on their trail. He looks for loopholes and if he can't get the parent, he goes for the easy prey. It's just as simple as that.

You hardly see kids of big pastors being wayward... Eg Adeboye, oyedepo, Sam adeyemi, kumuyi, .... Probably cos they pay more attention and they have enough money to raise their kids well.... Most wayward pastors' kids have seen r usually poor and uncatered for...

parents too strict, spirituality is attached to everything you do(eating,joking,sleeping,walking,reading) etc.
They know their real parents e. g pastor toasting babes, drinking, mothers attitude
