Eight soldiers are currently missing, while three others were injured when Boko Haram members ambushed troops on the Damboa-Sabon Gari Road in Borno State on Monday. A military source also told SaharaReporters that one Army gun truck was also taken away by the sect’s members. This is sad and I wonder why some people are happy over this. The soldiers who lost their lives and many more in Borno fighting BH are all pawns in this game of chess by the political elites. Suffice it to say that the current upsurge in attacks by BH coincided with their receiving million of dollars in ransom money; the govt surely need to rethink it's approach to this thing. Your enemy is not your fellow brother who ekes out a living just like you, who is also at the receiving end of the inefficiency of this government.
