In 2012 the former Nigerian Govt of GoodLuck Jonathan wanted to negotiate with #BokoHaram. BokoHaram selected 6 Nigerians they trusted that should act as mediators. Buhari was one of the Nigerians selected by BokoHaram terrorists.
