That place is 40 minutes outside Los Angeles and he is making monthly payments. The pool is a community pool I know that area very well.

Exactamente! He’s probably renting. I live in California and even people with steady income and all find it hard to buy houses in Los Angeles. They would move inwards into SoCal and buy. Most people in LA rent.

There are two thinngs involved which i believed , First it's either that house is mortgaged which can be retrieve whenever there is a default on payment structure or he lease it. Otherwise you will have to take out a mortgage on the property. Which means you would have to make a down payment of at least $50k if you have an outstanding realtor. Then you will probably be on a monthly payment of $2500, meaning you will payout in at least 30 years. Now if the house appreciates, you can take out equity on the property which will also be a sizable amount for you. YOU CAN ONLY AFFORD THIS HOUSE, IF YOU ARE A LEGIT BILLIONAIRE, OR DRUG BARON OR FRAUDSTER OR LIAR. Let's not be carried away by people who always say thank you Lord. And let's not believe that once you come here, you will make it just like that, that only happens in Nollywood. But if you work hard, you will be successful in time.
