Suspected Billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, popularly known as Evans, has asked the Lagos High Court, Igbosere to quash charges levelled against him. The charges were filed by the Lagos State Government. The State Government had filed fresh five-count charge bordering on conspiracy to kidnap, kidnapping and attempted murder against Evans and three others.
