I believe every client expects a tailored treatment, whether they realize it or not. The attention to detail, solution proffered and level of service you receive from a provider versus getting a cheap off the rack solution is night and day. In a crowded, commoditized world like we have, when you won’t put the time to create a tailored solution to the client’s specific problem, done in this case becomes the enemy of perfect - because done is often for poorly rendered services. Don’t be your industry’s version of a cheap off-the-rack solution.
