Chelsea star, Victor Moses, has said that the club are good enough to beat Manchester City on Sunday in the English Premier League.

Moses is confident that the blues can inflict just a second defeat of the season on Pep Guardiola’s side, who are currently the league leaders.

City have been superb this season, and the Citizens will go into Sunday’s tie against the Premier league champions boosted, following their win over Arsenal in their last match.

“It’s going to be an interesting game. I’m expecting it to be tight,” Moses was quoted to have said by Daily Star UK.

”City are flying at the moment, but we have players who can win us games too.

“You never know what is going to happen. We need to stay hungry. We get a lot of chances in games so we have got to try and convert them. At the moment we are just concentrating on ourselves.

“We have worked hard in training and we want to do the best we can and go out there and prove people wrong,” he said.

Chelsea are currently occupying fifth position on the Premier League table.

However, Manchester City have only lost one Premier League game this season, and their tie against Chelsea on Sunday is expected to be tough.

The kick off time for the match is 5:00 pm Nigeria time.
