@Farouqz no problem on the 15th of March i will be submitting my resignation letters i think it's better i work as a freelance and contractor.Full Time employment has never been my style.but are you also familiar with Mysql and CMS-(es).

@pcguru Yes, I am capable of handling a couple of CMSes, I have even had cause to build one for myself albeit a small one, I also have very good skills with MySQL.

I am sorting out the job description at the moment, will post it up before the end of the week.
I know[b] for sure[/b] that there is an urgent need for a wordpress, joomla cms developer(-start from psd files to wordpress ready, customized theme settings etc), and must be able to deliver this service in record timings, based on our projections.
but I will update this before the end of the week,
