Reading where the VP osibanjo said that Bokoharam is no longer a serious fighting force makes me wonder if he is mocking the dead. Is he saying that the soldiers and UN aid workers were kill by unserious fighters? Is he going tell their children and family that those that killed their father,husband,relatives are unserious?
