dominique: That drug can't be banned because it is a good analgesic. What we usually prescribe though is 50mg in the morning and 50mg at night. These "science students" go as high as 1400mg at once. That is what causes the drug induced psychosis, over-excitation and delirium that they usually experience. A better recommendation is to make tell our Pharmacists to make sure it is a strict prescription drug. If possible, we should not prescribe more than 3 days dose which the person will come and be collecting on daily basis for the 3 days. If those businessmen that own pharmaceutical shops don't compromise, the drug will never get to the streets. 1 Like |
