That N5.5billion was appropriated for IT related issues and equipment does not mean the money was spent. 2017 budget performance is not even up to 60% yet and the OP is making it look like the entire IT budget was spent. Again, IT related issues and equipment doesn't amount to website. Website maintenance is just a little fraction of the entire IT budget. We really should stop sensationalising issues just to score cheap political points.
