The headline is misleading. That N5.5billion was appropriated for IT related issues and equipment does not mean the money was spent. 2017 budget performance is not even up to 60% yet and the OP is making it look like the entire IT budget was spent. Again, IT related issues and equipment doesn't amount to website. Website maintenance is just a little fraction of the entire IT budget. We really should stop sensationalising issues just to score cheap political points.

No be only the web developer go chop inside.The contractor get share.Even baba fash inflate the figures to divert part of it.Na small amount the developer get if we look at it critically.
