that's a bad prayer. you can't really blame the driver. we don't know what actually happened, it might be the fault of the woman. if the driver had waited he will be lynched not minding who was at fault. I personally witnessed a scenario where a bike rider suddenly entered a one way in speed and was crushed to death, the driver didn't stop, he had to dri
ve to the nearest police station and was commended by the police, they told him he was lucky to have taken that brave decision, if he had waited a second he will be burnt with his car. so don't blame the hit and run drivers sometimes
