 Southerners can't beat Northerners at getting more PVCs. Even a Fulani Cow has a better PVC than Southerners. The block head above me, though. Blindness is a serious issue in this country. Does it matter if the voter's card is a old one? Can't you see the photo on the card? |

This voters card was last used in 2007. It was issued by Maurice Iwu's inec during OBJ tenure. Back then when nobody even cared to que and vote down south, because all the ballot papers are thumb printed after bogus figures have been submitted. |
