Majority ruling in the protracted Ekiti Tribunal proceedings declares Oni winner with 109,000 to Fayemi 106,000 after deductions. 3 - 2 in favor of Oni few minutes ago!Though the minority ruling says"We hold dat the Petitioners have duly & dutifully proved their case",Segun Oni will continue in office!

And here is Oni's reactions:"We thank God, the judiciary has once again lived up to expectations" While Fayemi says:"The struggle continues, I shall APPEAL this ruling"
