Riddle 1: How did they Die?

1st Pic: Dude has a lazer pointer to his chest....

Conclusion: He died via an assassin's bullet

2nd Pic: Dude has a hole to the head, gun is lying next to his head with the barrel pointing to his head....

Conclusion: He pulled the trigger on himself while standing, fell face forward and gun slipped from his hand.

In the first picture:
Man #3 was strangled, #1 came and was observing the body and he was shot in the back. #2 shot himself in the head after killing both guys, who were probably close or connected to him in some way.

In the second picture the man killed his wife, obviously he was claiming she had been drinking and they got involved in s scuffle and she shot herself in the process.
