No. U have to be a US citizen before u can file for your siblings under the preference category. A green card holder can only file for a spouse and unmarried child. 1 Like 1 Share |

even the spouse and child one is a long thing , actually better of waiting till citizenship is achieved before doing any filing |

even the wait period for a US citizen filing for sibling is up to 8 years (only wife/fiancee, parent or kid are prioritized), so not worth it. Look for a way on your own. doe! |
