With the embarrassing recent event making the headline, I think we should review the minimum qualification a candidate aspiring to be a president should have. Currently, It's a diploma. If companies that manages a few hundred persons sets a minimum qualification of master degree with some stipulated years of working experience, I think anyone who wants to run the affairs of about 200 million people should have even better qualification. I personally recommended a minimum of Masters degree in MBA with over 15 years working experience in a reputable organization at managerial level. In addition, he should have successfully held a political office with no record of corruption. What's your take? 1 Like |

Pressure groups should do the needful and ensure the minimum qualifications into political offices should be reviewed. We have too many illitrates in government. |
