After being sworn in, the man GEJ started romancing the core north at the expense of states and tribes that voted him.

2011 election was an eye-opener for the north; it changed their agelong belief that northern vote can make a President to win. Even with the massive votes from the north, Buhari couldn't win. The votes of Southwest and Middlebelt is very important!

Buhari had to romance Southwest who has influence on Middlebelt voting pattern and that was what made GEJ to lose 2015 election since the north will never vote a non-hausa/fulani/Muslim over their own.

Lesson:
For non-hausa/fulani/Muslim interested in 2019 politics, don't waste your time romancing the core north, most will never vote for you. Put all your strength at wooing the Middlebelt, Southwest, and some likeminds in the north and east

At least the Middle Belt and some States in the South West are still paying hugely for their foolishness. So ,Jonathan didn't lose at all - The greatest losers are those being constantly being ravaged by Fulani herdsmen. tongue

Just look where we are now (2018) , and look back then before 2015 election

Between GEJ and Buhari, who laugh last?

Until we remove religion and tribalism in Nigeria politics, we will definitely vote
in a worse candidate than the incumbent.

What the Op is simply saying is that GEJ shortchanged himself by ignoring his support base who voted him into power in 2011 and ass licking the northerners who had no regards for him
