OP the word you used is stealing and we all know that stealing is a criminal offense everywhere.

As to why the police are silent, they will tell you that they are investigating so we will choose to believe that but in real sense we know that they politicians behind it have already close down everything. That's Nigeria for you.

argue with legal sources and lets learn from u.Court of law dont base judgement on sentment or personal view.
