How could it have been fair and transparent when the privacy of citizens were plundered n breached in the name of amassing signatures and details of petitioners without their knowledge and consent? Even persons already deceased before the time had their names featured. It is obvious there were and still are sinister machinations against Dino in the state and his refusal to be taken there may yet be the best decision he could have taken at the time.
