what if it had happened while he just stopped the car before getting down

No-one here is looking at the possibility that he parked his car at a corner and the driver of the truck on speed could have seen it too late and couldn't avoid running into it.
I feel he parked at a wrong spot and that caused the accident.

The truck was still about 3km always when he parked the car at that spot so technically that wouldn't have also happened ..Alot of factors had to come into play for that accident to happen exactly when it did

1 blind spot parking

2 the amount of time he spent in the bush pooing

3 A very non observant driver in the truck

4 the speed of the truck ..

Take just one factor out and that accident would have never happened
