Thailand’s ambassador to Nigeria, Wattana Kunwongse, has refuted the claims of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Audu Ogbeh, that Nigeria was responsible for the collapse of its seven rice mills following the fall in rice importation from his country.
