This is quite awesome Angola becomes the first country to build a football stadium on water. The stadium was first opened over the weekend in Luanda and more than 1,000 fans attended. Blatant lie, we had a stadium built on water for Korea/Japan 2002 world football mundial. Though it was demolished and rebuilt. Check the records(Google) |

It’s built in such a way that even if there’s heavy downpour, the water cannot rise to the stadium’s level.
