APC is made up of mergers from about 4 political parties. These parties are of different leadership and interest. The reasons for the merge was to change the PDP reins at the time. It was difficult to put people of different leadership and interest into a single party, and as at the time it was the right thing to do as everyone was fed up with PDP and wanted a change. Even PDP members that saw a better political opportutiny and interest in the APC cross carpeted.

But today this party has been hijack by God knows who. And the parties and people that worked tirelessly to bring this government to power are not felt. They are dump and abandon and outside of that they don't even understand the current blueprint of the party ideology only that buhari is coming again.

Who are the people in the north that would support him again? In the south he should forget it. Example is look at the APC Congress that alone will tell you all is not well with the party. The party couldn't handle and maintain the interest of members of several parties mergers.


Look at the Senate and house of assembly for example majority of them are in APC with one leg. they are still forecasting their lots. Crisis and doom await the Party in the coming days. The party lack blueprint or manifestos. Who want to work with such a party their interest is not in and yet they are suffering too from the bad economy and leadership.
