My brother I am surprised you wasted your time arguing the video. The case against Owelle's Camp is locu standi. Please note that all the contestants for the APC Ward Congress from Rochas Camp did not obtain and fill nor submit the Nomination Forms.

The Hillary Ekeh Imo Exco has this detail. In their characteristic manner, Owelle believed he would have his way by just submitting their names and later have Imo APC Exco do the needful.

Conversely, Senator Ifeanyi Araraume paid money for all interested persons to APC Ward Congress to pick their Forms throughout Imo State. I got information that the Isiala Mbano House of Assembly Member Hon Chiji Collins donated with the sum of N1Million in support of the Senator Araraume. Others also pledged in his support. All the Coalition intending aspirants picked the forms, filed it and submitted.

Now it is elementary law that it is only a contestant who challenges the outcome of an election. Even in Ezeship tussle, only a person interested challenges the outcome. Sadly and unfortunately, when the Agburu people reluctantly decided to petition before the Imo Ward Congress Appeal Committee, it was a petition through the governor.

May I therefore submit that the petition by the Governor and his men without real contestants with evidence of submission of nomination forms is a waste of time. Even if they get video evidence or confessions of defected actors, the question is; did you buy the form? What ward did you contest? Remember this is Ward Congress Appeal Committee. It is not LGA, State or National Delegate. It is not for governorship aspirants, Reps or Senate.

The above being the case, even if you cancel the Congress, only those who bought and submitted the forms would contest and time has closed for the issuance, procurement and submission of forms.

This is the price a people have to pay when they believe Owelle has the answer and magic wand to make a man a woman and make a woman a man.

Now in case any one challenges you, please ask them who and who bought the Form from their Camp?
