Since Abuja is not in the list, i wonder why Lagos alone is there. Please update you list and include Abuja. (Charity begins at home)

It is absolutely ridiculous how some disturbingly western-influenced people reduce the beauty of Africas cities to Egypt and South Africa. Absolutely psychopathic and miserably silly, here is a real list from which to select five

Honorable Mentions: Abidjan (needs to be cleaned up a bit), Abuja, Nigeria (still an infant, let it grow), Cairo, Egypt, (bloody crowded) Capetown, South Africa, Durban, South Africa (its debatable how African these cities really are, and they are bloody dangerous)…
