The former spokesperson of Department of State Service (DSS), Marilyn Ogar, has filed a suit before the National Industrial Court, Abuja , challenging her compulsory retirement from service in September 2015.

Ogar was retired along 14 other officers in 2015, seven years before she was due for retirement.

Was it not the same Ogar that was posted to Borno state after the loss of PDP and she refused to report and said it was a witch hunt and subsequently she was sacked or retired for failing to report to his new base. If NJC could sack a judge from Adamawa division for refusing to honour a transfer from Yola to Mubi division since 2017 then what makes you think you'll get a judgement. All the same you and Joseph Mbu are from Cross River and were tools in the hands of PDP then and had same fate.Mbu retired unceremoniously same as you.

She has a case but that is the problem,as DSS dep director, she acted like there was no tomorrow...
She was the spokesperson for the ruling party then even beating Olisa Metuh and ffk to it........
She and Mbu were thoroughly unprofessional in their duties....

Buhari can be anything, but they deserve whatever they get....
