This a forum game because of it's continuous nature but I resorted to this to satisfy a burning curiosity. I'll throw a mention and I want the moniker to explain the meaning of their chosen name. I'll start with myself: meobizy is an account loaned to me by a friend trying to convince me to become a member here. For now the interest to join hasn't kicked in but I'm enjoying my time sofar. |

CAPSLOCKED: Hello caps There are so many versions of Hippolyta and the Amazons. She had up to four sisters and was the daughter of Ares and or.....(can't remember) Her sisters are Antiope,melanippe,penthesi...(can't remember)lysippe etc. To me she stood out because of the various wars she fought and her encounter with theseus and Heracles. Unlike Antiope who seemed like a rival to Hippolyta she sacrificed a lot to see her sisters and the amazon women safe. Her older sister who was also a queen does not have the record Hippolyta had. It is all a myth although some theologians claim it could be real and was inspired. If she didn't stand out Ares would not have given her a magical girdle. 1 Like 1 Share |
