I just watch a video compiled by Jide Olanrewaju on the history of Nigeria and I wonder why some people say that Nigeria was ever great. Perhaps it would be wise for us Nigerians to accept that we have never been great or been the giant of Africa. It has been a situation of the colonial government to tribalist governments and dictators. There has been agitation for secessionist states and it is obvious that we are doing the same things we have done since 1960.
