2010 to 2015 was six years, your ineffectual buffoon couldn't complete an ordinary 18billion naira project despite record revenue, and you still have the gut to be condemning Buhari who's not even three years yet? You are pathetic.

Approved for the past 8 years, and nothing is done. What is essence of the approval in the firs place?

Na waoh for politicians, a project approved in 2010 and you left office in 2015 yet it doesn't come to the level of commissioning. Note : Be it Buhari or Jonathan, I don't care because it's not their personal money they use for this project. At least the next government won't said they are approving money for this building again. Glory to God and all reasonable Nigerian.

A typical case of an abandoned project, completed by a president that means well, yet wailers don't have enough sense to spit on all ineffectual buffoons on our destiny.
