Who is watching this right now on the NTA grin . The Director General of National Eemergency Management Agency is being represented by the acting director general of NEMA Kayode Fagbemi
The issue being handled has to do with accountability. It has to do with a transaction pertaining to 10,000 metric tones of rice and only 5000 metric tones of rice was procured and wasn't even delivered to the north-east.
Whenever a question is asked by the committee, the acting director general of NEMA Kayode Fagbemi keeps saying "Mr Chairman, please refer to the page of our submission"
