same thing happened in Edo state. Buhari came 2 commission d newly built central hospital in Benin with so much fan fair. In fact buhari called d hospital "world class"(but he travelled to London to treat ear problem). Months after commissioning, d hospital is still not in use as there are no beds in d hospital. D ones used 4d commissioning were borrowed from another hospital in Benin

The same happened at the so called World class Bus park built at Ikeja by Ambode, Coincidentaly commissioned by Buhari, it has never functioned since it was commissioned. The only blue bus used for the commissioning was brought in from Ghana a night before to deceive us Nigerians, the bus was returned back to Ghana immediately after the commissioning.
