A Newyork judge ruled in favour of parents who resorted to when thier 30 years old son refused to leave their home after eight years, five notices and offers of monetary compensation.
A new york state supreme court judge granted Christina and Mark Rontodo the right to evict their adult son, Micheal Rontodo after he ignored multiple written requests for him to vacate thier home.
The couple had been telling their son to leave for over 8 years but he vehemently ignored their request and until they decided to seek legal counsel.
