I haven't used vector backgrounds in my works. I use bitmap with vector elements. But use google and you'll find all you need. Although you may get it mostly as eps format.

there are alot of free vectors online, just type vector floral in google and you will get them, let me know if you are successful, if not let me send you mine via email ok.
