Why is Governor Okowa turning a blind eyes to the incessant parking of Trailers and Tankers along NPA Expressway Warri.

These trailers and tankers are posing a lot of hazards on that strategic road that leads to several oil companies and warri main town.

Worst of all is the emergence of Dangote cement trucks which have increased in number in recent time.

There is the need for the Delta state government to relocate the oil tankers to a safe areas as parking on the highway is very dangerous to other motorist and pedestrian.

The Nigercat park of Nupeng office that house these tankers are so congested to the extent that there is the need for a phase two tanker park that should be built elsewhere.

Nothing has been done by successive government in Delta state to build a phase two of the Tanker park since governor James Ibori built the current park that is now so tight and congested.

Dangote that claimed to be Africa's richest man have not thought it wise to have a parking lot of its own.

Dangote that has no industries in Delta state that can create jobs for Deltans is using his cement business to exposed Deltans to road accident.

GOVERNOR OKOWA MUST SIT UP TO ADDRESS THE WARRI EXPRESSWAY TRAILERS AND TANKERS PARKING.

The federal Road Safety Corp must also address this issue of safety concern.

Parking on the highway is very risky.
