Animals shouldn't be treated like this by the Vet. Doctors in a sane country, let alone human being.

There are more to recovery by patients than medical treatment. The environment and the condition also aid recovery.
If the medical personnel tried their best on these victims, how are we so sure that this environment won't aggravate/worsen their conditions?
Moreover, how sure are we that microbes like tetanus (lockjaw) isn't present on that floor?
