get sense. Look at the big picture. Don't use you hatred, politics and irrationality to throw the baby with the bath water.
Yes there is padding but should we use these to destroy the country. Sending the budget back would lead to a delay that would affect the masses but you are not concern about this because you want to see the government fail.

But you will be the first to shout out that Nigerians are hungry and that Buhari is killing the economy because of his ego. A wise man would do what Buhari has done, let go, because there is no time. The constitution sets a time limit after which you cannot spend a dime without going through NASS. Now if Buhari insist, what then happen to government? Government shuts down.
Buhari has done the right thing. The next step is to take this issue of padding to courts for interpretation because really, there is nothing the executive can do except the courts say otherwise.
